Ms. Fani Meleti, Human Resources Director for Goldair Handling, participated in an open discussion addressing the pressing issue of legal immigration of skilled workers to Greece. The event, organized by the School of Business and Economics at Deree – The American College of Greece in collaboration with the Student Management Society, at Deree’s John S. Bailey Library Events Hall.
The discussion explored solutions to fill over 100,000 job vacancies in key sectors such as tourism, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, and IT. Ms. Meleti shared her insights alongside other distinguished panelists, including representatives from WorkInGreece.io, GEK TERNA S.A., EY, and Sani/Ikos, and highlighted the challenges and strategies for recruiting and retaining international talent in Greece.
