At Goldair Handling, we cherish the spirit of family and community within our workplace. As part of our commitment to fostering a warm and inclusive environment, we recently hosted a heartwarming event at Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”, extending a warm welcome to the children of our team members.
The occasion was filled with excitement as young minds explored the vibrant world of aviation within our facilities. Guided by our enthusiastic team members, the children embarked on an educational journey through the airport, gaining insights into the fascinating realm of airport operations and air travel. Throughout the day, the kids experienced firsthand the various facets of our operations, from baggage handling to aircraft handling and the operation of our offices, witnessing the meticulous care and precision that goes into ensuring a smooth and safe travel experience for all passengers.
Beyond the informative tours, our team organized engaging activities, including a visit to the airport’s fire station facilities, a demonstration of de-icing procedure and even a glimpse into the cockpit of an aircraft.
