It is Goldair Handling’s strong belief, that the quality of the services offered by the company and its ongoing business, are directly related to the skills and performance of its employees.


Our goal is to help our employees reach their full potential and be able to perform their duties in a way that exceeds the expectations of our customers.


In order to achieve this goal, adequate infrastructure, innovating training solutions and appropriately qualified instructors are required.


The Training Department is responsible for the provision of initial, refresher and recurrent training programs with the necessary information, instructions and data, to ensure that every employee in the company is sufficiently trained to perform, in an appropriate way, responsible tasks.
The creation and the content of all the given manuals is based on international standards, Greek and European legislation and the requirements of our customer airlines. The Training Department is also responsible to ensure that the contents of these manuals and all training programs, will be checked and revised if necessary, at least once a year in order to remain operationally up-to-date.


During this process, the feedback of operational staff will be taken into account and their input will be used to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our training programs.
Our Training Department includes courses for Passenger Handling Services, Ramp Handling Services and Cargo & Mail Handling Services.
