In Goldair Handling we value the Performance, the Contribution and the Engagement of our People.

It is fundamental to our Culture to show our appreciation and recognition to our employees.

To that end, we implement several actions every year which are enriched whenever needed.

Indicative Recognition Actions are:

  • Personalized Compliment Letters signed by our CEO to those who have overperformed during their duties or to those who have received a positive reference from our clients
  • Honorary Reward to those employees who have completed 10 or 20 or 30 years of continuous employment in Goldair Handling
  • Annual Rewards to the top 10 best Performers of the year, based on our Performance Appraisal System
  • Annual Rewards to those who continuously behave according to the 4 Corporate values or with Social Responsibility or have received more than 2 positive reference for Excellent Customer Service or have spotted and referred a Safety issue
  • Open Door policy at all times, with frequent meetings of the Top Management with Employees from the base level of employment
